Meat & fish
We use as much local meat as possible, we cooperate with a great local Waguy farm, as well as local farms for beef, veal or rabbits. For fish we go more south and bring most of it from sunny shores of Italy.
Fruits and veggies
During the season, we harvest most of our vegetables from our secret garden in Mělník region, where we cooperate with very passionate and dedicated grower who is willing to experiment with us. What we cannot grow there, we bring from other local or Italian farms or pick at a local farmers market.
Wine
We are VERY passionate about wine. We built our wine cellars where you can choose your bottle or two to go with your meal. We select our wines carefully and cooperate with a handful of devoted wine lovers to fill our cellars with the best wines for your enjoyment.
Hydroponic farm
Experience the innovation of our hydroponic farm, nestled in the core of our restaurant. Here, we cultivate vibrant green herbs and crisp salads inside specially designed water greenhouses.
This cutting-edge method guarantees an uninterrupted supply of fresh produce, ensuring their immediate availability for your dining pleasure.
